Kathy Farabi

I first came to Trinidad in 1977, and over time it became both my home and my source of inspiration. For many years, I taught at the University Primary School in St. Augustine, where guiding children through art deepened my own love for creativity. Since retiring, I have devoted myself to painting more fully.

As a member of the Bahá’í Faith, I often turn to its sacred Writings, which remind me that art is a form of worship and a path to the Divine. My paintings, created in bright acrylic colours, explore themes of faith, culture, and the environment, expressed in both realistic and semi-abstract styles. Each piece reflects my gratitude, joy, and devotion.
