This scene is my interpretation of one of the docked boats at the Caroni Bird Sanctuary. The boats provide an avenue, where one can move from one spiritual or emotional state to the other. The boats lie poised and waiting. The water lies still, but the opportunity for “Transformation” lies within its depths. One often has the opportunity to “transform”, but external and internal factors often prevent our growth and development. The boat shows that opportunities are before our eyes, and we simply have to take advantage of the doors that have been opened for us.
