A Blossoming Affair' portrays two companion scarlet macaws resting on a branch. This is very typical of macaws as they move around in pairs. They are surrounded by beautiful lilies, hibiscus flowers and buds which are reflective of their blossoming relationship as partners. This piece was designed to be worn as a shawl. The design is repeated on both ends of the fabric for practical reasons.
