Exploring the essence of Caribbean identity is my artistic passion. I'm captivated by shared experiences, from the vibrant energy of Carnival to the longing for home felt abroad. Years of teaching visual arts fueled my exploration of diverse mediums (2D & 3D). My work delves into themes of shared memories and the bittersweet realities of being Caribbean through experimentation with various techniques. Influenced by artists like Henderson Reese, I push artistic boundaries and reimagine traditional practices as an integral part of Caribbean identity.
